ARTERIAL STREET RESURFACING ON ALONDRA BOULEVARD FROM WEST CITY LIMIT TO HUNSAKER AVENUE AND DOWNEY AVENUE FROM ALONDRA BOULEVARD TO SOUTH CITY LIMIT FY 2019-2020
IN THE CITY OF PARAMOUNT PROJECT NO. 9030
Public notice is hereby given that the City of Paramount, as AGENCY, invites sealed bids for the above-stated project and will receive such bids in the office of the City Clerk, 16400 Colorado Avenue, Paramount, California 90723 up to the hour of 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 9, 2020. NOTE: Due to the COVID Pandemic, on the day of the bid opening until 11:00 am, there will be a secure box adjacent to the front door of City Hall for Bidders to place the “Sealed Proposals.” The City Clerk will monitor and pick up the “Sealed Proposals” received that day. Please note, US Mail, Fedex and UPS are still options, however it is the Bidders responsibility to assure that the “Sealed Proposals” are delivered on time, no exceptions. The City Clerk will open bids after 11:00 am and an email the bid results to the Bidders that submitted a proposal. The email results will be done by the close of business on June 9, 2020. Thank you for your understanding, all bids received will be properly handled in order to assure public bid procedures.
