The City began a tradition in 2018 where we honor a number of Paramount High School students with street banners.  The “Boulevard of Scholars” recognizes the Top 25 graduating seniors (based on GPAs) and the college they are attending.  The “Boulevard of Scholars” is on Alondra Blvd. between Downey Ave. and Paramount Blvd.  These banners are on display from May to August.

Additionally, at City Hall, we honor the Top 5 graduating seniors that provided the most community service hours during their high school years as well as the Top 5 Momentum graduating seniors that overcame a variety of obstacles to become successful PHS graduates.  These students will have their banners displayed on the light posts around the Civic Center parking area.

We are proud of all our Pirate graduates!
